Dry wine for diabetics is created

In Uruguay is created special wine for the diabetics. As reports the information agency AFP, ecologically clean wine without the sugar let out the most ancient Uruguayan wine it buried "vinos de la Cruz", based in 1887.

In the specially ventilation barrels with the wine yeast(s) completely process sugar into alcohol. This mode of production is differed from traditional, where special chemical reagent is used.

Since 8% of humanity suffer diabetes, product must obtain large popularity. The bottle of this dry wine costs about 20 dollars.
