London taxi will be made in Shanghai

The famous London taxi, which near the half century are already considered the symbol of the British capital, will let out out of the limits of kingdom.

Beginning from 2008, one of the "residency cards" of London they will make in Shanghai.

The corresponding agreement was signed in the beginning of October Manganese Bronze, by the managing London Taxis International, and largest Chinese auto manufacturer Geely.

On agreement conditions, portion Manganese Bronze in the created joint enterprise will compose 37.6% with the possibility to its increase to 50%.

It is planned, which Geely will sell taxi in the Asian countries, and Manganese Bronze - in all rest.

The financial director Manganese Bronze Mark fraer does not exclude that in the very near future the company will open plant in Pakistan; however, he emphasized that the Chinese production is basic.
